The European bus network Eurolines operates a fast and comfortable bus connection between the capitals of Croatia and Austria. The travel time between Zagreb and Vienna is about four and half or five hours.
There is one pair of buses every day all year round (except for some holidays). From Zagreb bus station the bus leaves at 6 am every day except Sunday; on Sunday it leaves at 5 pm. The departure times from Vienna are 6 pm Monday-Saturday and midnight on Sundays.
It is recommended to book tickets online in advance and there is a deadline of 24 hours prior to departure. One way ticket from Zagreb to Vienna costs EUR 32, return ticket costs EUR 52. Significant discounts apply to children under 12 years (EUR 16 one way).

The end station in Vienna is Erdberg bus terminal located to the east from the centre in 3rd district. Erdberg has an outstanding public transport connection to Vienna city centre and the metro station Erdberg (line U3) is situated across the street from the bus station.
To get from Erdberg to Vienna International Airport take U3 to Wien Mitte and then take the City Airport Train or S-Bahn to Schwechat Airport.
