Getting from Museumsquartier to Erdberg Station

Erdberg Bus Station, the main international bus station in Vienna, is located in the eastern part of the city in the 3rd district, Wien Landstrasse. Erdberg U-Bahn (metro) station

There is a metro station across the street from the international bus terminal in Erdberg. The metro station’s name is also Erdberg. Erdberg U-Bahn station is served by line U3 (from Ottakring to Simmering).

Getting from Museumsquartier to Erdberg by metro

Museumsquartier, the place with many museums concentrated on a small area in the city centre, has access to two metro lines via two metro stations. One of them has the same name, Museumsquartier, but for getting to the bus station in Wien Erdberg it is better to use the other metro station near Museumsquartier, Volkstheater Station. From Volkstheater take line U3 in direction to Simmering. Erdberg Station is 8 stops from Volkstheater (you will pass Stephansplatz and Landstrasse/Wien-Mitte on the way).
